Beef Kyoto

& Noodles

Located on the island of Honshu, the city of Kyoto is bursting with delicious treasures. Beef gambols between the noodles and crunches a few vegetables, button mushrooms act as umbrellas for the gourmet peas, and the red peppers are sprinkled with sesame seeds and spices bound together by a drizzle of honey that gives it such a sensual flavour.

Ingredients

A subtle Japanese recipe, rich in a multitude of spices, delicately combining thin slices of beef, deliciously crunchy vegetables, honey, and ginger, in a soy sauce drizzled with tiny sesame seeds. A very tasty dish, surprising in its richness and nuances. Accompanied by subtly fragrant noodles.
