The ISALI adventure began in the 1990s in Belgium, driven by young, passionate, and visionary entrepreneurs. Their ambition? To introduce the general public to authentic and flavorful Asian cuisine at a time when it was still largely unknown to many consumers.<\/p>

In its early days, ISALI faced a major challenge: sparking curiosity and developing a taste for a largely unexplored culinary tradition. But very quickly, supermarket fresh aisles were transformed by the arrival of recipes from China, India, Thailand, Japan, and even Korea. Chinese chopsticks became familiar, woks found their place in kitchens, and home-cooked meals took on a whole new flavor.<\/p>

As lifestyles changed and people had less time for cooking, ISALI provided a perfectly adapted solution: a wide range of fresh, quick-to-prepare, high-quality Asian ready meals.<\/p>
