The favourite meal of the Son of Heaven, Peking chicken is a mythical dish. In the Forbidden City, the caramel in the soy sauce lent its sweet topping to the tender chicken breast, mange-tout peas, black mushrooms and little bamboo shoots. Ingredients
The tender pieces of chicken breast and carefully selected vegetables are cooked in a caramelised soy sauce. The sweet, subtle flavours of ISALI Peking Chicken blend perfectly with the perfume of the rice that goes with it.
